Siemens Limited, a multinational conglomerate in automation, electrification, and digitalization, operates multiple industrial units across India with globally benchmarked safety protocols. At its Aurangabad (MIDC Waluj) facility, Siemens identified a need to transform traditional training into an interactive, e-learning format to align with international safety and compliance expectations.

To fulfill this objective, Siemens collaborated with CORE EHS to develop a customized safety e-learning animation, aimed at enhancing safety culture through visual engagement and centralized digital access.

As part of their continuous improvement in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), Siemens needed to address several key challenges:

• Traditional safety sessions lacked consistency, varying significantly based on the trainer and shift timing.

CORE EHS delivered a custom-built e-learning animation module, with professional English voice-over, under a PO value of ₹1,32,000 + 18% GST (totaling ₹1,55,760). The deliverable focused on critical activities, such as:

• Line of fire and manual handling risks
