Terraform Global India Pvt. Ltd., part of a globally recognized clean energy group, approached CORE EHS with a clear need: streamline and professionalize visitor safety onboarding at its key operational sites. The goal was to move away from inconsistent manual briefings and toward a standardized, automated, and engaging approach—without disrupting visitor flow.

In March 2020, CORE EHS was awarded a project to produce a fully customized 3D animated visitor induction video, covering safety rules, emergency protocols, and site-specific behavior expectations.

CORE EHS delivered a high-quality, 5-part animated visitor induction module tailored for Terraform’s renewable energy facilities. The focus was to visually guide new entrants through essential safety instructions within minutes of arrival.

  • A professionally narrated 3–4 minute 3D animation, simulating actual site layouts, safety zones, and emergency routes.
  • Content structure included:
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols
    • Do’s and Don’ts within operational areas
    • Fire safety and muster point briefing
    • Contact protocols in case of an incident
  • Visual design used Terraform’s own branding and environmental themes for visual continuity and trust reinforcement.
  • Delivered in multiple viewable formats for use in lobbies, tablets, and visitor kiosks.

The entire project was executed with 100% remote coordination, delivered on time and within budget (₹2.13 lakhs + 18% GST).
