Streamlining currency changes for customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Starting from January 1^{st<\/sup> 2023, we are changing our pricing currency from US Dollars (USD) to Euros (EUR) to bring our customers more benefits and reduce uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n}

The majority of our current customers use Euro as a payment currency. We decided to make this change to bring three vital advantages to our customers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

• Improve cost, expense planning, and price predictability <\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Streamline the invoice and payment processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  • Pricing will be based on Euro<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Account balance will be displayed in Euro<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We continue to accept payments in EUR, USD, SGD, and GBP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Non-Euro payments will be converted to Euro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We are excited to share that we have launched new server plans with high CPU and high memory capacity. This enables our customers to take advantage of faster processing, improved performance, and provide better services to their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Effective January 1^{st<\/sup> 2023<\/strong>, we will introduce complimentary upgrades to our server plans and adjust product pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n}

    Security is our top priority and we will ensure all of our customers keep their data and infrastructure secure. We will offer complimentary functionalities such as firewall services, private networking, and backup services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our price adjustments are in line with the current global inflationary challenges. We are committed to delivering on our mission to provide our customers with best-in-class products and customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our price adjustments are primarily a result of the current market forces that also affect us. However, we are committed to increasing the product value for our customers.
